Tylertown Wear Parts, Inc. has manufactured and repaired chipper parts with our unique wear enhancement application and carbide applications for over two decades. We are proud of our achievement in the wear enhancement of chipper parts. Wear enhancement provides longer wear life which greatly reduces maintenance costs to our customers.

TWP is home of the WearMaster Carbide Counter Knife. We also manufacture carbide and hardsurface anvils, knife clamps, and knife holders for most conventional chippers such as Bush, Beloit, Fulghum, Morbark, Precision, Acrowood, Black Clawson, Compact, Forano, Kokums, Nicholson, PHL, Soderhamn, and Trelan. We also manufacture the wear parts for Acrowood chip slicers, as well as, the segments, knife clamps, anvil holders, pull blocks, and card breakers for the large segmental chippers, Carthage and KMW.

As well as manufacturing, TWP is able to repair wear parts with either our WearMaster application or carbide applications which further reduces the replacement cost.
